Pedie Monta

Pedie has over a decade of experience managing rig programs, coordinating projects, supporting A&D and business development, and managing non-op working interests, minerals, and surface. Previously, Pedie served as a Partner and in Executive positions for Guardian Mineral Management and PW Energy, managing over 20,000 acres of minerals and working interests across the lower 48. Additionally, he served as President and Co-Founder of Shepherd Energy Partners where he led transactions on over 12,000 acres across 7 states and 38 counties. Pedie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce and an Executive MBA from Texas Tech University, and holds a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) certification.
