Ivan Toledo

Ivan brings extensive experience as a landman across both subsurface and surface disciplines, with over 17 years supporting mineral acquisitions, leasing, title and ownership analysis, surface agreements, and asset development activities across major U.S. basins. Ivan has collaborated closely with operators, private equity-backed E&P companies, engineers, and legal teams to support acquisitions, development planning, and ongoing asset management. Throughout his career, Ivan has been involved in negotiating and managing mineral and royalty transactions, surface use agreements, pipeline and infrastructure easements, and due diligence activities supporting drilling and development programs. Ivan is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Wesleyan University, and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).
